2. Refundable Security Deposit: 2000 Euros refundable 8-14 days after Check-Out.

3. Tourist Tax: 1 Euro per adult over 16 years old per day, for the first seven days.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: 380 Euros at the end of the stay.
- Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 80 Euros; final cleaning 380 Euros.
- Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 80 Euros each; final cleaning 380 Euros.
- One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 80 Euros each; final cleaning 380 Euros.

5. Costs for Weekly Stays: 300 Euros supplement for water, electricity and gas in low season (1510 to 1504), based on actual consumption.

6. Costs for Monthly Stays: 800 Euros for water, electricity and gas, based on actual consumption.

7. Special Prices per Month in Low Season: Discounts for stays of 1 to 5 months from October to April.

8. Late Arrival:
- 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: 45 Euros.
- After 12:00 a.m.: 70 Euros.
- Sunday or public holiday: 50 Euros.

9. Cancellations: No charge if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

10. Conditions for children:
- Children of any age allowed.
- Children 2 years or younger free of charge.
- 1 cot available free of charge for children 2 years or younger. Second cot costs 100 euros.

11. Payment options: Visa, EuroMastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000, cash.

12. Key collection will take place at the establishment,someone will greet the guest.
